Four easy steps for measuring and understanding the mental well-being of your school’s staff.
Thank you for your interest in the HealinGenz Well-being Measurement Schools (HWMS) staff survey. The steps involved are detailed below, but if you have any queries, please refer to the FAQs or email us at Well-being Measurement by HealinGenz Platform.
Registration for the Wellbeing Measurement for Schools staff survey is completed online. You will be asked to: Provide main contact key details and contact information for your school To indicate your preferred survey and reporting timings To indicate if you are a primary, secondary, or all-through school.
The HWMS staff survey link will be emailed to the main school contact. Before distributing the survey link, we advise you to test it to make sure the website hosting it is not prohibited by your devices or network and that there won’t be any problems if many employees visit it at once. You might want to add the survey link to your school’s ‘whitelist’.
Staff will complete the survey online. This can be done on a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. The main school contact should: inform staff that the survey is taking place and encourage participation Share the staff survey link exactly as it is provided. set a deadline to complete the survey by Send reminders to staff with the survey link.
The primary school contact will receive your Wellbeing Measurement for Schools Staff Survey Report according to the timeframe you chose when registering. The data from your school will be compared to aggregated data from other schools around the country in the report. Please keep in mind that the survey’s goal is to learn more about each participating employee’s mental health. Senior staff members who need to know about specific responses cannot be informed, even if questionnaire results show that some employees have scores that could cause concern. Please make sure the staff is properly informed. It is crucial that every employee knows this, knows how to voice concerns, and knows how to get help if they need it. The Understanding and Applying Your HWMS Staff Survey Report’ webinar will be offered online to your school so that you may better comprehend the survey results and think about how to use them.
